CREATIVE DIRECTOR & WORSHIP

Misael brings a rich heritage as a pastor's kid to his role. His early immersion in church life ignited a lifelong desire to see the global church not just grow, but thrive vibrantly. Misael combines his keen eye for aesthetics with a deep passion for worship, aiming to create spaces that honor Jesus with authenticity and surrender. An enthusiast of culture, travel, and missions, he constantly seeks to embrace, learn from, and contribute to the diverse expressions of the church worldwide.

KIDS LEAD, PRAYER & HOSPITALITY

Kirsten is passionate to see both young and old encounter the life transforming love and salvation through Jesus Christ and to assist in creating safe, inspiring and fun environments to learn, pray, play and grow.

PORTABILITY & KIDS LEAD & HOSPITALITY

Rick is passionate about helping others and serving Jesus. He’s served in a variety of ministry roles over the years and is excited to be a part of what God is doing in Sonoma.

PRODUCTION LEAD & KIDS

Victoria moved to Sonoma at the beginning of 2021 and has been in love with it ever since. She has been extremely blessed by the community she has found here and is beyond excited to see how God is working. Outside of our gatherings you might find her line dancing, exploring nature or spending time with animals.

WORSHIP DIRECTOR

Helen gave her life to Jesus in 2017 and has been on a journey of using her musical training to worship God ever since. She moved to Sonoma in 2020 and feels so blessed by the community she has found at Sonoma Collective. She loves birds, baking, bluegrass, and her wonderful husband Kevin.

WORSHIP LEAD & PRAYER

Meredith’s journey with Jesus began at Hume Lake when she gave up her life and plans to the Lord, hallelujah! Since walking with the Lord, she is now Michael’s wife, a stroke and craniotomy survivor, health enthusiast, and worship team leader with Sonoma Collective. She has a crazy testimony of physical healing, and is gifted in prayer over healing and recovery.

WORSHIP, PRODUCTION & KIDS

Michael has a huge passion for the etymology and philosophy of Christ. He is gifted in discernment and has a strong desire for the Sonoma community to know the Lord. Michael has a huge heart of service, as you may see him on stage, backstage in production, or with the kiddos at Sonoma Collective! He is also a firefighter-paramedic!

HOSPITALITY, PORTABILITY & KIDS

Kevin loves scouting new territory in the outdoors for future pursuits. He enjoys encouraging men about God, their relationships, and outdoor topics. Marriage, family, hunting, fishing, reading, studying scripture, and problem-solving are a few of his passions. Kevin’s ideal day would be getting to watch a man come to the realization of just how very much God loves him.

PRAYER LEAD, KIDS & HOSPITALITY

Tamera has worn many different hats in her personal and professional life; the most beautiful hat she was given to wear came from her Lord and Savior as He showed her who she really was according to Him. That awareness is her greatest desire for everyone. Tamera LOVES her family and learning new things; a few being gardening, chickens, art, writing, guitar and horseback riding.

KIDS & HOSPITALITY DIRECTOR

Carissa provides leadership for Collective Kids and Hospitality as well as overall vision for Sonoma Collective in partnership with her husband and Lead Pastor, Jason. She is passionate about marriage, family, and providing spaces for people to gather and grow in community.

LEAD PASTOR

Jason is the founding pastor of Sonoma Collective and leads the church by providing teaching and overall vision and direction. He loves to champion people to their God-given greatness, so that they make a noticeable impact on the world. Jason delights in marriage, leadership, spiritual formation and the occasional DIY project.

HOSPITALITY

Lou is a retired entrepreneur who moved to Sonoma in 2014 to finish his career in the wine industry. Lou’s relationship with Jesus began in the 80s while he was working in the heart of the fashion industry in NYC. The contrast between his old life and the new life he gained in Christ has given Lou a truly unique testimony and layers of godly perspectives.

HOSPITALITY LEAD

Sonja is many things: she’s an author, a producer, and a wine geek. But the thing Sonja loves the most about her life is being a child of God! Working in the center of the city of Sonoma as an experience curator at a historic venue, Sonja is passionate about sharing the love in her heart — that was put there by Jesus — with everyone she meets.
